Education is the key to solving any problem. The Narcotic Educational Foundation of Nevada has taken on the duty of drug education in Nevada.

Everyday loved ones and friends become victim to drugs.  They become victims in many ways.  By giving in to peer pressure, other addictions, depression and stress, knowing someone abusing drugs or simply a random victim of someone.

Together with this organization and many others like it, we can make a difference and lessen the impact drugs have in our lives. Without early education and support groups to go to, our loved ones can end up wandering and drowning in despair. Early intervention is a successful tool in helping others.  If you are educated in the drug and can identify it, you can help.

"The only way we can win the war on drugs to limit the consumers".

By limiting the number of consumers we can slow or shut down the demand.  This will reduce the number of those hurt by drug abuse and use. NEFN believes that education is the key. Through Education we can make sound and knowledgeable decisions about our life.  We can steps to limit the impact drugs have on our life.  It can shy us away from damaging lifelong decisions.

"If you are already addicted to a drug, there is hope."  Information provided within this website teach us that there is no such thing as a lost hope.  Just that some have to work harder then others and need more outside help.

At NEFN we hope all of you will see the dangers of drug abuse and will want to become educated on the affects these damaging drugs can do. This website helps educate everyone about drugs, so take some time and visit our information.  Feel free do add NEFN to your favorites and come back regularly for updates.

Our information is compiled from the most up to date sources known. NEFN is a charity and needs your support to continue it's endeavor.  Please donate or simply take the time to educate yourself in drug abuse and use.  We all have a long road to take but together we can reach our destination.

NEFN helps support other non-profit organizations within the state of Nevada.  We encourage everyone to take part in the education and help Nevada become one of the country's most drug free states.

NEFN was founded by Detective Bruce Gentner. Detective Gentner saw a need within his community for drug education and created this Foundation for that reason.  NEFN has two co-presidents that conduct the Foundation's everyday affairs.  Together with Detective Bruce Gentner, Detective John Evans and Detective Robert Perry, NEFN helps make sure Nevada receives education on drugs.   Feel free to contact us via email.  If you have questions or a story to share please let us know.
